Shilajit Directions for Use

Dissolve the product once a day in warm water, tea, or milk with a temperature up to 39°C. It is recommended to use filtered, non-chlorinated water. Start with an amount the size of a grain of rice and later increase it to the size of a pea. For a customized taste, you can add a small amount of Ghee (clarified butter), coconut butter, or honey.

Preparation: Take a spoonful of shilajit the size of a grain of rice or a pea and dissolve it in 200 ml of liquid. The shilajit will dissolve completely within minutes. Stir well and drink the mixture.

The daily amount ranges from 0.2 to 0.6 grams. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

After three weeks of use, it is advised to take a one-week break.
